Per server LicensingCasterStats Proxy is licensed per installation on one server; One license permits you to install CasterStats on one machine. If you need to install it on two machines this is considered as 2 installations so you should purchase 2 licenses.Free Support & UpdatesWe provides unlimited technical support by email and automatic notification (downloadable product links) of major upgrades and minor updates (enhancements and maintenance releases) for the period of one year and automatic updates of your reference data.Our software uses player & geolocation reference data that we update frequently. If you want to maintain accurate reporting it is critical that you also update your reference data frequently. We update the Player reference data every week to reflect changes in technology. If you have a valid subscription your player definition file will be automatically updated, guaranteeing you the highest level of accuracy and increasing the quality of the information you get in your reports. More importantly, geolocation data must be updated monthly. The geolocation data uses IP addresses to locate your audience. As these change every month you can lose approximately 1.5% accuracy each month that you do not update. This also means that the geolocation of old data may be less accurate - unless you update the reference data (CasterStats has been designed to reduce inaccuracies caused by this). If you subscribe to our Subscription Service you can rest assured that your data will always be accurate and up to date. After the initial period of 12 months, you will have the opportunity to subscribe for an additinal year of support & updates for approximatively 40% of the initial price. Renewing with us is not mandatory and you will be able to continue to use CasterStats after that period. Please note: If your subscription has expired and you renew it, the new subscription period starts the day after your previous subscription expired. 30-Day Money Back GuaranteeIf you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and we have been unable to resolve any issues you reported within the first 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid.
