If you need to install it on two machines this is considered as two installations so you should purchase two licenses.Free Support & UpdatesDesktop reporter pricing includes unlimited technical support by email and automatic notification (downloadable product links) of major upgrades and minor updates (enhancements and maintenance releases) for the period of one year, and automatic updates of your reference data.Our software uses player and geolocation reference data that we update frequently. If you want to maintain accurate reporting it is critical that you update your reference data frequently. We update the Player reference data every week to reflect changes in technology. If you have a valid subscription, your player definition file will be automatically updated, guaranteeing you the highest level of accuracy and increasing the quality of the information you get in your reports. More importantly, geolocation data must be updated monthly. The geolocation data uses IP addresses to locate your audience. As these change every month, you could lose approximately 1.5% accuracy each month that you do not update. This also means that the geolocation of old data may be less accurate - unless you update the reference data (CasterStats has been designed to reduce inaccuracies caused by this). Our Subscription Service means that you can rest assured that your data will always be accurate and up to date. After the initial twelve month period, you will have the opportunity to subscribe for an year of support and updates for approximatively 40% of the initial price.
